FlyTrack 1.10
This app is currently used at Shelvlino pilotschool (Moscow).Official website: http://flytrack.netIn order to use the app you should register on thewebsite.Languages: English, RussianThe app allows pilots to:- see their location, speed and altitude- monitor heart rate and stress level (if connected to BluetoothSmart HRM)- see other aircrafts in air (that are also using the app)- warn when there is an aircraft too close to youIf you are using a Bluetooth Smart heart rate monitor, such asPolar H7 or Mio Alpha, the flight dispatcher will be able tomonitor your heart rate and do what is necessary in case ofemergency. All data are saved and can be synchronised with the server. The website allows to:- for user – see flight history and revise particular flights- for flight dispatcher – monitor all flights and all pilots inreal timeThis app is at the stage of a prototype but it works.
HRV Lite by CardioMood 2.7-lite
CardioMood provides a scientific approach to your heartratevariability analysis. Make sure to use THIS free version totestconnection with your heart rate monitor and only purchaseexpertversion if it works for you. With HRV Lite you will be ableto: ✓Take measurements of your HRV with unlimited durations ✓Estimateyour average stress level (Bayevsky Stress Index) ✓Calculatetime-domain HRV parameters (mRR, SDNN, RMSSD, pNN50) ✓Detect andeliminate ectopic beats ✓ Sync with the CardioMood cloudathttps://app.cardiomood.com We also calculate 20*log RMSSD, whichisa popular metric for HRV used in many apps, such asithlete,SelfLoops, Bioforce HRV, Lepo and others. Just as in otherapps wecall it "HRV score". Do even more on thewebsite:home.cardiomood.com We will be glad if you support ourproject bypurchasing Expert HRV (an expert app for HRV analysis). We hope youwill like our effort and leave us a positive feedback!:)Requirements and limitations * At this moment we onlysupportBluetooth 4.0 Low Energy (aka Bluetooth SMART). * Your phonemusthave Android 4.3 or higher. * Even though we support recordingwithunlimited duration, you should avoid very long measurements. *Toavoid problems with cloud syncing, the time and time zone shouldbeset correctly If your device is not supported, don't give upanddon't give us negative review. Feel free to report a bug, orrequest a new feature via support@cardiomood.com. FreeCardioMoodAccount In order to use the app you will need to create afreeCardioMood account. We do not distribute spam and everything isforresearch purposes only! We provide it for free to getmorefeedback, so that the algorithms can be improved. If you donottrust us, simply specify a fake name. :) Instructions Our heartiscontrolled by autonomic nervous system, so heart rhythmreflectsits state. By analyzing beat-to-beat variability (alsoknown asHRV), we can easily estimate the ratio of activities ofsympatheticand parasympathetic nervous systems. Our body reacts tostress byincreasing sympathetic tone. When we are stressed, ourheart rhythmtends to be more stable resulting in a low variability.Incontrast, a relaxed state is usually associated with high HRV.Hereis how you can evaluate your stress level: 1. Wear your heartratemonitor and relax (sit in the chair or lie down) 2. Setthemeasurement limit to be 2 min. 3. Establish connection withyourheart rate monitor 4. Click START RECORDING 5. See your heartrategraph with average stress level after 2 minutes If youseeartifacts or ectopic beats, try to eliminate them or adjustheartrate monitor to ensure good connection and repeat theprocedure. Weestimate stress level using standard algorithmdeveloped by asoviet physiologist R.M.Bayevsky. Normal range forstress index is40 – 150. Values above 150 is considered to beassociated withstressed condition. Values below 40 are oftenassociated with sleep(it is like that for example if you stay awaketoo long). Eventhough there are standards for HRV, all estimatedparameters andnormal ranges can be individual. Only a trainedphysician cancorrectly interpret the recording, with respect toyour individualfeatures and medical history.
